While the climates of Eastern Canada and the Eastern US New England States are very similar, each country has its own National and Regional Building Codes. As such, while Canadian Minihomes and USA HUD certified Single Wides may be similar in appearance and floorplan layout, we have to differentiate between the two for building code requirements.
